Community Service

Often described as the "Heartbeat of Rotary", Community Service is a many-pronged effort to make substantial and lasting contributions to the communities in which Rotarians live. To a large extent, Rotary's reputation is built on the myriad service projects undertaken by Rotarians. One of our club's most famous projects, which has been in existence since 1959, is the Top 50 Plus Banquet, honoring the top graduating seniors in our local High Schools. The banquet is now held on the fourth Thursday of May each year.
